We are an established, independent physical training provider based in the Tendring District.
Our sessions are held in both Clacton-on-Sea & Thorpe-le-Soken.
Our aim is to help people get and stay fit as well as helping them learn how to stay healthy in order to lead functional, wholesome lives.
Famous for our 'pay as you go' BootCamp Sessions, we now also conduct Insanity & PiYo LIVE, Strictly Come Dancings' 'FitSteps', Zumba and more including Cyclone Spin sessions.
If group sessions are not your thing then we also provide professionally recognised, affordable Personal Training with a 'female only' Trainer option available. KTA accredited Kettlebell Training and Sports Specific Coaching, specialising in Swimming, Cycling, Running & Triathlon.

Lee, our lead trainer, is an Ex-Army Physical Training Instructor originating in the Parachute Regiment. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion to all of our sessions. Shani is married to and has worked alongside Lee at our group sessions from the beginning and is currently working towards becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer herself. Together they ensure that you get a personal workout whether it be on a 1-2-1 basis or as part of our group sessions.
The commeraderie at our group sessions is humbling and the progress made by our members is second to none.
