Bootcamp                              session timetable

 

If you are looking for a serious workout that will push you physically and mentally then Bootcamp is the one for you. Every session is designed to work the whole body. Using functional and isolation exercises to increase your strength, power, range of movement, muscular and cardiovascular endurance as well as burning a whole load of calories.

 

During our sessions we use a multitude of exercises and utilise all different kinds of equipment ensuring that every Bootcamp session is different. It also ensures that we see the 'beginner' challenged and the 'experienced' trainer pushed to their limits. All our exercises are able to be regressed and progressed so you DON'T need to be fit to start, thats our job in helping you acheive your goal!!

 

Our Bootcamp is an awesome stand alone fitness regime with the array of sessions throughout the week; however, if you are already in a training programme then you will also benefit from attending to increase your overall 'core strength' and with our easy 'pay as you go', you can attend whenever you like.

 

 

We have a FREE Weight Management and Measuring tracking service available to all of our Bootcamp members so you are able to monitor your progress and we can guide you towards your goal.
