The health benefits of Indoor Cycling are excellent especially for your Cardiovascular health - the ability of your heart to push oxygenated blood around the body.

 

You will also burn a large amount of calories and increase your metabolic rate so if you are looking to either lose weight or build endurance these sessions are definitely for you.

 

Another reason why these classes should be in your training regime is that they are non-compounding which means they are easier on the joints. 

 

 

Each session is 30 minutes long with a maximum capacity of 10 riders per session so get in early to book your bike!!
