 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Unleash your training potential with our experienced staff who will keep you motivated, offer nutritional advice and keep you focused. Bespoke training packages are designed specifically with you in mind to help you acheive your goals.

 BOOTCAMP SESSIONS

Our Bootcamps are famous for their diversity and exercise combinations. Sessions provide an all over body workout that burn the calories, raise the heart rate and physically push the boundaries of even the fittest participant. Kit used includes tyres, ropes, kegs, kettlebells, slamballs, powerbags etc. Sessions are used by many as a sole means of fitness and by others to provide a perfect core strength session to an existing training program.

INSANITY - Live

 

Insanity - Live classes offer a highly-intense 30 or 50 minute total body, interval training cardio workout using nothing but your body. Your strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance will be pushed to the max with the rewards plentiful 

 

 

 

 

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

 

Kettlebells are the AK-47 of the Fitness world. Ferociously effective at developing explosive strength, power and all over body conditioning. Once mastered the techniques and moves can be harnessed and adapted to fit into any training program increasing muscular strength and cardio vascular endurance.

SPORTS COACHING

 

Our Sports specific coaching is provided through our British Triathlon Federation Level 2 Coach. However you don't need to be a triathete to benefit from these sesssions. Sessions are tailored to your needs be they strength & conditioning, postural alignment, speed or endurance.

INDOOR CYCLING SESSIONS
 

Our Indoor Cycling sessions will be starting in early 2015. Watch this space for more news....
