Kettlebell Training

 

The kettlebell as a training tool dates back over 100 years primarily used by strongmen, wrestlers and weightlifters. Developing into its own recognised sport during the 1940's in Russia and has continued to develop from there.

 

Kettlebells work unlike any other piece of gym equipment. When in motion the kettlebell is constantly pulling away from you, due to its centre of mass being outside of the handle. Consequently the whole body has to compensate for this action, creating isolating stabilisation in every muscle group.

 

Our sessions will help you learn, develop and master the techiques required to carry out exercises that will dramatically increase your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, whilst also increasing strength, power and flexibility.

 

Kettlebell training sessions are booked on a one-to-one basis.
