How much sugar is in the foods you eat?
Here is a link to an article written in 'The Daily Mail' highlighting the amount of sugar 'hidden' in the foods we eat. It just highlights how important it is to prepare your own foods using natural ingredients, it may take a little more time but at least you know what goes into it and what you and your family are digesting. Fruit is naturally high in sugar but remember this is unrefined - something to be aware of though particularly if diabetic.
